Sleep early, don't let the exciting night life bubble lure you. Ask yourself, do I really need that right now in the prime of my life. Have plenty of rest for your body, it worked hard for you during the day, let it have time to recover. Wake up early, work while others are still snoozing, get the best, undistracted quiet quality time for work. Do not pull all-nighter, which makes you dumb, drains your energy. Live like human, not bat/vampire.
