My last words to you if I must die tomorrow 044:

Look back into your old photographs, try to relate the moods, the mindsets, the stages that you had personally gone through. You will be able to find clues for what you really wanted to do. Care for what you used to smile for, what you used to frown for. Somewhere along the line of life, you might have changed, whether to a place that you felt comfortable, or miserable. Looking at photographs will allow you to temporally relive the moments. It does not change anything, but perhaps it gives you the courage to chase the dream you never started pursuing, once again.

Good bye USA, brothers and sisters. Thanks for the memories.

My last words to you if I must die tomorrow 043:

Learn how to self-massage. Some easy self-massage moves will be for shoulder, neck, head, foot, and legs. The obvious reason for discovering this skill will be instant relief for body tension and stress. The sooner you ease the muscles, the sooner you can get back on track and be productive again. once this skill became a habit, body ache will be reduced, therefore more motivated to get outside and exercise.
